Frequently Asked Questions

  • For short term stays (less than a week), the rate is $42 a day plus tax.

    Our weekly rate is $250 a week plus tax.

    For monthly reservations, the rate is $450 plus electricity (charged at $0.17 per kWh). When making a monthly reservation, there is also a $100 site maintenance fee that will be added to your first month’s rent.

  • To make a reservation, you can call us directly at (575)-882-7172. Or, you can fill out a reservation inquiry (see the link at the top of the page) and we’ll get back to you.

  • Our check-in time is any time after 11:30 on the first day of your reservation. Check-out time is by 11am the morning after your last night.

  • If you need to cancel your reservation, we’ll refund your payment (less a $15 cancellation fee per night) if you let us know at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Each RV site has space for one vehicle in addition to their RV. If you need more space, you can park additional vehicles in the row at the back of the park.
